Here is the situation:
After nearly 15 years,
since I left home as a teenager,
I have not decorated for Christmas.
Now that I have my own apartment,
and can do what "I" want,
I decided I want to have a tree this year!
Problem is,
all I have is a few decorations I picked up last year at the after Christmas sales,
and a few stockings.
I need everything else!
With that being said I have decided to host my first sweeps!
Here is how it will work:
Entries will be awarded for each item sent.
Different items are awarded different amounts of entries (see below for more details)
The sweeps will run from October first until October 31st.
All entries need to be post marked on or by 10/31
Winner will be picked on November 10th.
I know this seems early, but I am planning on being out of town from November 5th-10th,
soon after that it will be Thanksgiving.
Would like it to be over by the time all these things are going on.
How enteries will be awarded:
Entries will be awarded for each item sent.
One entry for each of the following:
~Basic ornaments (i.e. solid colored balls, please no clear balls)
~Will also give one entrie for non-Ornament Christmas items.
(i.e. Christmas dish and hand towels, candles, ect...)
Two entries for each of the following:
~Fancy glass ornaments
~Stands of 100 lights on green colored cords.(red, white, multi-colored)
Personalized Ornament's
*Please no old, broken, or chipped ornament's, Thank you!*
What will be awarded?
~All entries will be added to a bowl and a winner will be drawn from them.
~The winner will receive a $10- Gift Card.
You may chose from Target, Walgreen's, Wal-Mart, or ??
~The person who sends in my favorite ornament will receive a flat rate box full of H&B products.
~Depending on how the sweeps go, I may add other prizes as well!

A few years back I found these cool ornaments on the cost.
They were fancy glass ornaments in the shape of fish with big lips.
Some were wearing old lady glasses and carrying shopping bags.
I would love to find some of them!
